I am entering the realtor arena to provide the expertise and service truly required in my opinion to properly buy and sell real estate, which cannot be provided by the traditional real estate agent. This is not to disparage real estate agents, who serve a proper function in our economy, it is to shed light on the gap that exists between the services that are allowed to be provided by the current real estate agent and what I believe should be provided according to the fees being paid.

That is what this project is about. There is no reason to hire a traditional real estate agent who cannot explain the documents you are signing or advise you on the legal implications of your decisions. I can and will do everything a traditional agent will do, but you get the expertise and counsel of a lawyer in the process.
